The winner is chosen by a random drawing in which entries earn tickets. The more tickets you hold, the better your odds — but every eligible entrant can win.

1. Dates

The competition starts September 22, 2026 at 3:33 PM PDT and ends November 19, 2026 at 3:59 PM PST. Entries received after the end are not eligible.

2. How to enter

Sign in on the giveaway page with Discord, verify a TikTok, Instagram or YouTube account you own, post an original video edit that uses one of the sounds listed on the giveaway page (on TikTok, that sound itself — not a re-upload or "original sound"), include #TIME4WAR in the caption, and submit the public link. Only the sounds listed on the giveaway page are eligible; no other Melly Mike song counts. Videos must be posted during the competition. There is no limit on entries. The video must stay public with #TIME4WAR in the caption until the winner is announced.

3. How the winner is picked

How an entry earns tickets. Each eligible entry earns tickets from a fixed table, determined by its view count alone. Likes, comments, shares and all other metrics do not affect the number of tickets an entry earns.

Entrant totals. An entrant's ticket total is their best three entries: the highest in full, the next two at half each, rounded to the nearest whole ticket. Additional entries do not add tickets; they are additional chances to place in your own top three. Tickets are assigned as numbered blocks.

Artificially inflated views. Likes are not used to award tickets, but they are used to detect purchased or automated views. An entry with 10,000 or more views on which fewer than 2 of every 100 viewers liked it is frozen pending review and earns no tickets unless cleared by Melly Mike LLC. Figures are read from the platform at the close of the competition.

The drawing. When the competition ends, the complete ticket board — every entrant, their points, their ticket count and their ticket numbers — is published on the giveaway page before any drawing takes place. A single winning ticket number is then drawn using a published random value (the "seed"), and the entrant holding that number wins. The seed and the winning number are published with the result so that any entrant can reproduce the draw and confirm it. Entries that are frozen or under review at the close earn no tickets unless cleared. One ticket is drawn. Melly Mike LLC may draw a replacement ticket if the drawn entrant is found ineligible.

4. Fair play

Buying or faking views, likes or comments (bots, view services, engagement groups, multiple accounts) is not allowed. Entries with sudden unnatural view spikes, likes arriving in a batch while views stand still, or likes with almost no comments, shares or saves attached are frozen and reviewed, and earn no tickets while frozen. Melly Mike LLC may disqualify any entry or person it reasonably believes broke these rules, and its decisions are final.

5. Prize

Xbox Series X + GTA 6. One prize. No cash substitute or transfer, except Melly Mike LLC may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the prize becomes unavailable. Winners are responsible for all taxes. A US winner whose prizes total $600 or more in a year must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 before the prize is delivered and will receive a Form 1099. Winners outside the US are responsible for any customs, import fees and local taxes; if the prize can't be shipped to the winner's country or is restricted there, Melly Mike LLC may award its approximate retail value in cash (via PayPal) instead.

6. Winner notification

Winners are contacted on the email on their account, and on the verified account they entered with, within 7 days after the end. A winner who doesn't respond within 7 days, or who is found ineligible, forfeits the prize and a replacement ticket is drawn.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of your edit. By entering, you give Melly Mike LLC permission to repost and share your entry with credit to you on Melly Mike LLC's channels. Entries must be your own work, and you are responsible for any footage you use.

8. Privacy

Melly Mike LLC uses your Discord name, email, the handle you verified and public video stats to run the competition and contact winners. We don't sell your information.

9. General

Melly Mike LLC isn't responsible for technical problems, platform outages, or videos removed by the platform. By entering you agree to these rules and Melly Mike LLC's decisions. Questions: email mellymikemusic@gmail.com.
